Q. Is there fluoride in birth control pills? -Mary

Hi Mary,

I am not familiar with any review showing fluoride in birth control pills. 

They just have the normal carcinogenic load of synthetic estrogens and progestins.  Birth control pills will deplete many important nutrients such as folic acid, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Vitamin C, magnesium, selenium and zinc.  So if you take birth control pills then be sure to actively replace these nutrients.
