Perhaps you two can car pool. The truth is I wish I had more colleagues around the country that shared in my passion for prevention and healthy living. But it is growing. I do know that more and more physicians are expanding their view of medicine and there are many great practitioners helping their patients lead healthier lives. One way to help track down a practitioner in your area might be to go to the ZRT Lab website and ask for a practitioner in your area that uses their testing. Any practitioner that uses ZRT saliva hormone test kits will tend to be a more progressive thinker. I am very interested in preventative medicine and read everything I can on good nutrition for preventing disease. I also firmly believe the pharmaceutical companies are killing people and getting rich off of it! I live in the St. Louis area. Do you know of a doctor who shares your philosophies? I love my doc (a personal friend), but he doesn't have time or interest in "alternative or integrative medicine." He can only believe what the drug company studies show.
