7. Goji Berries
This sexual tonic from Tibet increases testosterone levels, which stimulates libido in both men and women. Furthermore, goji berries improve overall stamina, mood and wellbeing, all of which are vital for an optimum sex life. Bromelain in bananas? I knew it was in pineapples, especially the core, but I didn’t know bananas contained it, too. Hmmm…..candle light, a tropical drink and …….
I’m stocking up on ALL of the above!!
I could not agree more. One other herb I like very much is Maca. It really helped me a lot when it comes to increasing libido.
