Many are suprised that the foods we eat can play a large role in whether we feel in the mood.
In honor of the season of love, here are 10 super foods to increase libido:
1. Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds are one of the few foods that contain zinc, which is vital ensuring us vibrant sexual desire. If you have ever heard the term…zinc puts lead in the pencil. These yummy seeds are also a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids, which are mandatory for sexual wellbeing.
2. Chocolate
Women have compared chocolate to sex for decades. Now research is revealing a strong scientific link between the two. Avoid the unhealthy fat and sugar from processed chocolates and find ways to incorporate raw chocolate into your routine.
3. Celery
This sexual stimulator boosts a powerful substance known as androsterone, which is an odorless aphrodisiac in male perspiration that will send the woman wild…or at least ensure they take a second glance.
4. Bee pollen
