		<description>I sleep in my yoga clothes too:)...or I should say on the days I make it to 6am yoga it&#039;s because I slept in my yoga clothes.  If I have to find them and change clothes it might not happen.  I went back today so I&#039;m in.  Between yoga and the gym I should be able to eat some yummy treats.</description>

Nuts are higher in fat, but it&#039;s the good monosaturated fats.  They help with satisfaction or satiety.  You, or more accurately I, can over do the nuts and yes if you eat too much it can be a lot of fat.  Try to limit consumption by pulling out a serving and then closing the container.  I would suggest one to two ounces per day.  I eat up to 4 ounces a day without a problem but then I exercise a lot so this keeps it in balance.  Try getting into the habit of eating raw, organic, nuts that have less fat then the oil roasted version.</description>

As a tip to those like me who aren&#039;t really motivated to exercise try this: If you already sleep in pajamas or something, wear part or all of your workout clothes to bed. Put your shoes right next to your alarm clock. I read that in some magazine and thought it was ridiculous, but it really works. I&#039;m on a treadmill before my brain even kicks in to try and talk me out of it. Helps me skip my sugared up coffee drink in the a.m. too.</description>
