Dr. Huber Speaks on Breast Cancer & Wellness, October 10th

Tired of the same old information as it relates to breast health? If you’re in the Cincinnati area, mark your calendars for Saturday, October 10, 2009. Dr. Huber has kindly been invited to speak at the Breast Cancer Awareness & Women’s Wellness open house in Harrison Ohio. A total of four speakers will cover topics including breast health, breast cancer, diabetes, heart disease and nutrition. The event is F-R-E-E and open to both men and women.

“After Dr. Huber’s talk I left feel so much more empowered about my health,” remarked one participant at a breast health event last year.

What’s so valuable about Dr. Huber’s approach is that he aims to bring control back to each and every woman. He does a marvelous job combining the discoveries of modern science, natural living and common sense to arm every woman with a check list of not only breast health, but total health improvement moving forward.

Many of the topics addressed by Dr. Huber are rarely, if ever, covered by your traditional medical practitioner. He’ll touch on science, nutrition, lifestyle choices and even alternative options for breast health screening.

The Breast Cancer Awareness & Women’s Wellness Open House is presented by the Knights of Columbus Ladies Club and the VFW LOV-S Ladies.

The event will be held at the Harrison VFW Hall in Harrison. Doors will open, Saturday, October 10, at 10:30 am. Speakers will begin at 11:00 am. Refreshments included.

Dr. Huber will take the stage around 12:30, followed by a question & answer session.

A big part of the value in the presentation is Dr. Huber’s passion for wanting everyone he meets to take complete charge of their well-being. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the discussion.

I just heard Dr. Huber speak at the Breast Cancer & Wellness open house at the VFW. I left inspired and empowered. I came home and immediately went to the Health Alter Ego website to learn more. Jo Wehage was also very informative when I spoke with her. Thank you for a very informative and enjoyable presentation.

JoAnn & Ursula did a wonderful job putting the Open House together. I’m so glad you recruited Dr. Huber and Jo to participate in the open house. Thank you.

Hi Jo. I wanted to thank you for Sat. Boy did I learn a lot. Everyone did a great job. I really enjoyed Dr. Huber’s talk, he brought up a lot of things I had never heard addressed before. I am trying my green tea, but don’t know how much a day to use. My new cup will go on its first outing tonight..I am going to share some of what I learned with my diet group tonight. I am basing my program on the benefits of green tea and whole food supplements..but since i know so little I am including your web site for them to check out…thanks Donna

Hey Donna – so glad you could make it. Glad you found a lot of helpful information. Thrilled that you’re sharing with others. In regards to the green tea powder – 1 to 2 servings a day is great. If you’re not used to green tea, find a way to flavor it so that you enjoy (honey, agave, try pumpkin pie spice too) and work to replace your other beverage habits (diet sodas). Did you get a shaker cup? Just make sure you have something to mix & swirl your powder in. Green tea speeds up the metabolism and helps burn brown fat (belly fat). My own sister lost 17 pounds replacing her bad beverage habits with the green tea powder. If they want to view more health benefits go to the whole food green tea site: http://www.EmeraldCityTea.com Would love to have your team subscribe to the site here as Dr. Huber will touch more on weight issues as the holiday approaches. Great to see you there – and happy you’re paying it forward!
